Just an honest review. 10 minutes before our trip we where told they didn't book the other part of our shared trip. We were told they would still take us but it would cost another 150 for the full 4 hours we booked or it would only be a 3 hour trip. Warning do not do this it doesn't give you much time to fish. Everyone was nice and the crew did a pretty good job. Where I come from if you book a 4 hour trip you give the customer a 4 hour trip. We have no control over your booking. If we showed up and said we for whatever reason was going to pay 150 less for our trip that wouldn't fly...

I have never edited back a review in Google and here is a good reason for it. The owner David and his crew takes a LOT os pride and care for their customers experience and he took the time to answer my questions and review my concerns. Which turns out, was my lack of understanding and experience in deep sea fishing: the lures need to be freshly taken from water so they are best for catching big fish! Yes we did spent over an hour trying to catch bate fish but the mate was working fast and hard to catch as many as possible. The cigarette smoking thing was annoying but we were “open doors” but it doesn’t hurt to ask. The crew, captain and mate worked HARD and Smart to catch as many fish, to move around and adjust with the environment and fish response, they were safe and courteous and the boat was immaculate clean, nice bathroom too! Thank you again for a great experience Lady Pamela Team.

The crew of the Lady Pamela were the best part of my family’s trip to Miami. We have been on many fishing trips before but these guys take the cake! They were extremely good with my 4 yr old son and both my daughters 12 and 14. The crew did a great job explaining to everyone how we were going to fish and what we would catch. The deck hands - Ethan and Roc were great, very helpful and encouraging. The entire morning excursion really helped top off a great weekend in Miami. Big thanks to the Captain and the crew of the Lady Pamela - we will definitely look them up next time in Miami!

Booked online the night before then an hour and 15 minutes before our trip they canceled said that there was too much rain. However it didn’t rain. He asked me if I wanted to go ahead and book the following day instead or get my money back we chose to book the following day knowing that that would push our reservations for dinner away. Following day canceled again even after I called and verified the trip was still a go. Pretty bummed about the whole situation we could’ve easily booked somewhere else but we thought the price was is the best, but I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t suggest counting on this to be a go if you pre-pay.
